These terms apply to all extensions published under the OneClick Tools brand and to the website oneclick-tools.com.

By installing any OneClick extension or using the website, you agree to these terms.

What We Provide

OneClick Tools are browser extensions that process files and data locally on your device. We do not operate servers, store your files, or provide cloud-based services.

Extensions are provided through the Chrome Web Store and are subject to the Chrome Web Store Terms of Service in addition to these terms.

Use at Your Own Risk

All extensions are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee that:

—Extensions will be error-free or uninterrupted

—Output files will match specific quality requirements

—Extensions will be compatible with all websites or file types

—Extensions will remain available indefinitely

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for:

The files you process using our extensions

Ensuring you have the right to process those files

Keeping backup copies of your original files before conversion

Complying with applicable laws in your jurisdiction

Intellectual Property

OneClick Tools, the OneClick brand, logos, and extension names are our property.

You may not:

Use our brand name or logos without permission

Redistribute or resell our extensions

Reverse-engineer our extensions for the purpose of creating competing products

Pricing and Payments

Some extensions may offer premium features through paid subscriptions or one-time purchases. When applicable:

—Prices are listed in the extension or on the website

—Payments are processed through third-party services (such as Stripe or ExtensionPay)

—We do not store your payment information

—Refund policies follow the payment processor's standard terms

—We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice

Free features may be limited in functionality compared to paid tiers.

Availability

We may update, modify, or discontinue any extension at any time without prior notice. We are under no obligation to maintain or support any extension.

Chrome Web Store may remove or restrict extensions at their discretion, which is outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneClick Tools shall not be liable for:

—Loss of data or files

—Damage resulting from use of our extensions

—Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

—Loss of revenue or profits

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the extension in the 12 months prior to the claim, or $50, whichever is less.

Privacy

Our privacy practices are described in our Privacy Policy. By using our extensions, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The updated date at the top of this page indicates when the last changes were made. Continued use of our extensions after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Montenegro. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Podgorica, Montenegro.
